<Swordsman92>So what I've been working on is going over the boards and assessing what effects are needed and working on them. It basically is just 2 effects, snow and fire.
<brevex>infact this actually goes for all in this group with meetings, I don't want to waste your time from now on; there's very little I can tell you each time we meet up and there is little you can speak to me about as well today we will have a final meeting where we conclude what you need to do and then I think you can just meet up at any meeting if you have any questions from here on out...

<brevex>Swordsman92: I know you're ready as ever and have shown me this fact so until I really have some work I need from you. It is up to you whether you show me test effects or not; they would be great to see and would help me in the final process as we can slowly work into them but I also trust your professionality to do them on short notice if that is your choice

<Swordsman92>That works for me. You know I can deliver on short notice and that's how I usually like to work rather than dragging on tests. I do however, have 2 works in progress I can show you now.

<Swordsman92>brevex: Which e-mail do you want them sent to?
<AragornofRedwall>Pre-production is scriptwriting, storyboarding, animatics, character design, and background design.
<AragornofRedwall>And Production is Animators, Line Artists and Colourists.
<AragornofRedwall>Is that what you need?

<techfox8>brevex: One thing I also wanted to know is for the resources, have any of the minor animals been cut?
<brevex>nijibug: okay I am just wondering what needs to happen with music, as like the other parties in this group there's not much I can really tell you. work will only really start when we have started animatic-ing and have the full revised script which should be in May if we go according to schedule
<nijibug>Is Failpwned missing today or did I just miss him earlier.
<brevex>techfox8: some have however they may be written in again so rather just keep looking for all of them

<1-Renaissance>Hmm....any other updates that anyone (who's here) in any department should know about at the moment?
<brevex>nijibug: he didn't pitch but you can tell him he doesn't have to (just to keep an eye on his dA notes and to show me any samples of WIPs, same goes to you just keep creating and updating me)
<brevex>1-Renaissance: yes for you there is, but I just want to brief the teams for this meeting first

<brevex>nijibug: thanks, are there any things in the mix at the moment that I should know about?
<nijibug>Aside from his many bits of BGM, we've so far recorded one song that could be used for a Laterose flashback.
<brevex>nijibug: that's the one you showed me already right?
<nijibug>Yup.
<nijibug>Until stuff is further cemented, we're thinking it wouldn't hurt to work on a couple of Gonff ditties.
<nijibug>But nothing being written right at the moment.
<brevex>okay there is one particular song that I would like you to zone in on that I feel will carry a very specific mood and moment. which is the RAF/Long Patrol theme
<nijibug>Ooh. Yes.
<brevex>it is important as that aspect was important to Jacques and apart from Gonff is the only song I really feel there is a need for singing in. I don't want this to become a Disney "sing because we have to" kinda thing but the long patrol march is VERY important for me to do Brian's work justice

<nijibug>That piece is more of an experimenting/work-in-progress, but it's good that Failpwned is trying stuff out with the RAF march
